Before Steve Ballmer made himself famous for the "Developers Developers Developers Developers" antics on stage, there was the launch of Windows from Microsoft! In this classic video from 1986 you get a glimpse the man in plaid, Steve Ballmer, selling to the world what would become the most wildly used operating system on the planet.
